Hopkins Rentals – Rooted in Tradition. Built for the Future.

Since 1988, Hopkins Rentals has proudly served Stanton, Michigan, and the surrounding communities. What started with mobile home rentals has grown into a trusted, family-owned business now led by the 3rd and 4th generations — all committed to the same values we were founded on: hard work, integrity, and dependable service.

Over the years, we’ve expanded to meet the changing needs of our customers. In 2024, we launched dumpster rentals, offering 11-yard, 13-yard, and 15-yard roll-off dumpsters for residential and light commercial use. By 2025, we grew our fleet with five additional dumpsters, including a new 20-yard size — perfect for larger cleanouts, renovations, and job sites.

While our services have grown, we’ve never lost sight of our roots. In 2025, we also upgraded our mobile home rental community by replacing three homes, continuing our commitment to providing safe, clean, and affordable housing options.
